JOB DESCRIPTION You will be part of our IT team.

Your Role

Main IT owner to Kuehne-Nagel Hong Kong and Macau business operations.

Your Responsibilities

To provide technical support + troubleshooting towards the second line support.
To work with the global infrastructure team, G China IT team as well as with external vendors on infrastructure projects.
To monitor assigned infrastructure pro-actively, monitor performance bottlenecks + respond to system alerts / failures.
To be responsible for the administration of local infrastructure, end-user IT environment in line with corporate guidelines / working instructions.
To assist dealing with IT security incidents, . anti-virus, intrusion / data leakage prevention etc.
To manage Hong Kong and Macau IT assets and procurement tasks.
To perform IT routine tasks, such as onboarding / offboarding, IT related audits, etc.

Your Skills and Experiences

Min 5 years (prefer 8+ years) of solid experience in similar IT positions in MNC

Strong hands-on technical skills on Windows OS, Office 365, Audio-video setup and printing support.

Experience on Azure AD and TCP / IP networking is highly preferred

MCSE, ITIL and other IT related trainings / certs are preferred

Experience on AWS, VMWare is nice to have

Must have good communication skills and must be a team player

With proven records on vendor relationship management.

Fast learner and a high degree of self-motivation is essential

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage

College degree in IT or related field, prefer bachelor’s degree
