Description

  • Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with production teams to align procurement activities with manufacturing schedules and inventory needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, or quality.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and contract terms.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and production planning metrics.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a plus.
