About the Role

Key objective is to support business critical strategic IT project with architecture design, roadmap and solution be built aligned with the architecture principles defined. Contribute on enhancing Enterprise Architecture Framework, build a scalable architecture and reduce technical debt that will enable further development and innovation particularly around digital experience of customer, application modernization and development of integrated platform.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Support development of principles, strategy, roadmap and architecture solutions for strategic projects to drive digital transformation, customer serving platform-Omnichannel, CRM, application modernization, shared integrated platform, etc. aligned with business strategy and objectives
  • Analyze business priorities & strategies and translate these into architecture requirements for the operational enterprise and propose to the business on strategic architecture framework development
  • Provide Enterprise Architecture design thinking and support to the Enterprise Architecture team members, Technology Delivery IT and business team, with a focus on business and application architecture
  • Contribute to the definition of architecture strategy, direction, and standards pertinent for technology solution delivery. Ensure architecture strategy aligns to the overall IT strategy and clearly communicated and understood among IT teams on delivery
  • Be an active EA team member and contribute to the architecture community on architecture roadmaps, blueprints and architecture building blocks development with domain leads
  • Ensure continuous alignment of capabilities with current business priorities and objectives
  • Participate in Architecture assessment and reviews partnering with subject matter expert
  • Ensure implementation and migration plan with risk management, business cost and benefit with intended values on work packages to be delivered
  • Being a control and governance parties for compliance and change management with continuous requirement management

Minimum Job Requirements :

  • Educated to degree level standard or above in information technology, computer science, engineering, or relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years in an architect role ideally with insurance industry experiences. Candidates with more solid experience will be considered as Senior Enterprise Architect.
  • Demonstrated architecture depth & experience in at least one technical or architectural domain
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or equivalent
  • Experience influencing solution direction and standard adoption through the use of architecture capability, building blocks, strategies and roadmaps
  • Experience work in complex IT environments, and able to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing context
  • Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
