职位描述Coordinate logistics with internal departments and external vendors, including event management, merchandise distribution, transportation, marketing campaigns, and communication. Support program evaluation, including data collection and analysis, at the end of the season. Excellent communication in English, Japanese would be a plus Excellent investment bank exposure

Description
- Lead volunteer initiatives for APAC, ensuring thoughtful planning, effective execution, for employees and nonprofit partners
Manage tasks including, but not limited to :
Project planning and application review
Database maintenance
Stakeholder coordination (e.g., OCE team, business unit representatives, nonprofit organizations)
Grant processing, marketing, administration, and reporting
Profile
At least 3+ years of professional experience in corporate engagement, event management, operations, volunteer management, or client services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills in face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
Flexibility to work during early mornings, evenings, and weekends as project schedules require.
