Responsibility
- Handle end to end procurement cycle from vendor sourcing, tendering, technical and commercial evaluation, vendor selection and contract negotiation
- Ensure all related procurement activities are compliance with the related policies and procedures
- Identify the procurement demands of internal parties, in categories of IT, ICT solutions, marketing, etc.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data to management
- Build strong supplier relationships and handle commercial and contract negotiations
- Sort, archive and maintain documents produced in the procurement activities
- Assist in ad-hoc procurement related projects when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in purchasing / logistics, supply chain management or related disciplinesMinimum 6 years’ experience in purchasing for equipment, materials and services, telecom industry experience is a plusExperience in contract preparation, commodity / category management and / or strategic sourcingGood command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and PutonghuaFlexible, dynamic, strong minded and detail-orientatedGood negotiation and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office
