Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including but not limited to job posting, interview & assessment and offer negotiation
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning to drive effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals
Participate in various Talent Acquisition projects including but not limited to employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks, internship program
Handle ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements :
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 years of recruiting experience gained from Financial services industry, with experience in early careers hiring preferred
Strong team spirit but also able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Posses a can-do attitude and with a positive mindset towards change, open for feedback and continuous improvement
