- Support HR duties such as recruitment, staff onboarding and terminations, visa applications, employee benefits : Insurance, medical check-ups, employee activities, etc.
- Receptionist : including opening doors, handling visitors, serving tea, phone calls.
- Order office supplies such as distilled water, stationery, telecommunication, printer, furniture
- Handle hotel reservations and flight ticket
- Other ad-hoc projects assigned
Job Requirement
Higher Diploma or above in related disciplinesAt least 2 years of HR & Admin experience in a Japanese Company preferredFluent in Japanese (JLPT N1), English, and ChineseProficient in MS Office
