Job Responsibilities
- Executive Secretarial Duties – Support senior executive travel arrangements, meeting co-ordination, event organization, and administrative work, and provide on-the-ground support.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management.
- Coordinate international travel, manage calendars, and arrange meetings for senior executives.
- Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders for business activities and project management.
- Coordinator Duties – work closely with external suppliers (e.g. travel agents, hotel representatives, etc.) and staff of senior management in other multilateral, governmental, regulatory and business institutions with whom we have dealings to ensure an effective and efficient image of the team and Prudential is projected.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Job Requirements
Typical education is a Secretarial or office administration course or equivalent.At least 10+ years secretarial or administrative support experience.Highly proficient with windows applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and can format reports of moderately complex nature using these software.Must be able to compose routine communications following established standards on business correspondence.Excellent English language (both spoken and written)Must have competent office administration skills.Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
