The opportunity

Seeking an experienced (Senior) Backend Engineer or Analyst Programmer to join the fast-paced and innovative team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintainingplex software systems that drive thepany's success.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop the next generation of thepany's Digital Platform with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Continuously research and adopt new technologies to enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Build cloud-native web applications using modern frameworks and tools aligned with thepany's technology stack.
  • Work closely with development leads and IT architects to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.

    • What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or above inputer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
  • Solid understanding of web application architecture and hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Proficient in at least one backend programming language : Java, Kotlin, Golang, , or Python
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Practical knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps tools (, GitLab CI, Jenkins, SonarQube)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
