Major Responsibilities :
The Assistant Executive Director (AED) supports the Executive Director in overseeing the daily operations and strategic initiatives of Harmony House (the Agency). The AED plays a key leadership role in managing programs, staff, and external partnerships to ensure the Agency achieves its mission and goals effectively.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Social Work or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NGO management, service management, or related leadership roles
- Strong understanding of NGO operations, including service development, fundraising, and financial management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Commitment to the mission and values of the NGO
- All full-time posts are 5-day work / 44 hours per week.
