职位描述Develop a comprehensive business strategy within ALTIOS ecosystem, A deep understanding of China business market Drive business growth in Greater China market through business development and operational efficiency enhancement Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Oversee internal procedures and ensure excellent services at all levels Optimizing internal processes ensures compliance with local policies & regulation Communicate and maintain trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners, and clients from diverse background Responsible for offices general management, including but not limited to, daily office operation, employee management, annual budget for business operations, P&L for Greater China With 5-10 years of managerial experience, including P&L and senior leadership roles, driving business growth and profitability Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in business management, Finance is preferred Leadership style with delegation and motivating the team, people development Passionate with solid market insights and business acumen Native or bilingual in spoken / written English, French and Mandarin is preferred We serve innovative and fast-growing clients which are amongst the leaders in their field We operate in a multicultural and stimulating environment with passionate teams Global mobility options / Excellent career opportunities With 750 employees worldwide , ALTIOS offers a human-sized team , fostering close relationships and a dynamic environment A tailored onboarding program to support your integration from day one

We are looking for General Manager for Greater China, to be responsible for the General Management and the Commercial Activities in Greater China, and reports to Group Managing Partner.
The position is based in Shanghai / HK China.
The ideal candidate is an experienced international entrepreneur able to lead business execution, the elaboration of Commercial Budgets & Plans, performance assuming P&L accountability.
