Analyst Programmer

Your Role

Project Support : Assist the Manager in project implementation activities, actively participating in the entire system setup / installation, including analysis & design, QA / QC, and testing.

Provide expert system support : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Telecom systems, IoT / Smart systems and Monitoring / AI systems.

Stay ahead of the curve : Pursue and obtain professional certifications for enterprise-level systems and platforms to enhance your expertise and contribute to the team's knowledge base.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with other engineers, developers, security professionals, operators (DevOps, DataOps, MLOps), and business unit executives to identify and implement use cases.

To Succeed in this Role

Bachelor's degree (High diploma or equivalent) in Engineering, Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.

Proven experience with Microsoft Windows (Workstation and Server), Linux, and network / security configurations.

Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, or other database systems.

Knowledge of Virtual Machines (VM) and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.

Demonstrated ability to independently acquire new skills and knowledge.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
