Finance Associate

A top offshore law firm are looking for a mid-level (3-5PQE) finance team for their Hong Kong office.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within the banking / finance department of an international firm. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of financing transactions, including cross-border leveraged and acquisition financing transactions, margin loans, minority back leverage financings, mezzanine financings, fund-level financings, syndicated facilities and loan restructurings.

Excellent drafting and written communication skills are required together with the ability to establish, build, and maintain relationships with external contacts as well as promote teamwork and maintain strong relationships both with immediate team members and across jurisdictions.

Chinese language skills essential together with a common law qualification.
