Responsibilities :
Conduct market research to deeply understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Develop compelling value propositions and positioning for new and existing insurance products
Create impactful marketing content and sales enablement materials to support the product launch and sales process
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless product introductions
Monitor product performance, analyze feedback, and implement iterative improvements
Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and compliance requirements in target markets
Qualifications :
Proven experience in product marketing or related experience in the financial services or insurance industry
A good understanding of insurance products is a huge advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messaging
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights from data
Project management expertise to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
