Develop and implement the overall ecommerce strategy to meet sales, revenue, and profitability goals
Manage the ecommerce team, including web developers, digital marketers, category managers, and customer service representatives
Oversee the ecommerce site's user experience, product merchandising, and content management
Analyze website performance metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Collaborate with the broader business and functional teams (marketing, merchandising, operations) to align ecommerce efforts with the company's overall goals
Manage the ecommerce technology stack and partner with IT to ensure systems are performing effectively
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities to enhance the ecommerce business
Develop and manage the ecommerce budget and P&L
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail management
Proven track record of driving ecommerce revenue and profitability growth
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
Excellent project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Up-to-date knowledge of ecommerce trends, best practices, and technologies
Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, online marketing, and website optimization
