Retail Executive, CK HKMO

POSITION SUMMARY :

  • Entry level in Retail Operations learning about the channel with the world’s largest apparel and lifestyle brand.
  • Support the Retail Manager to fulfill administrative and store management duties
  • Candidate should have the potential to grow into a Senior Retail Executive or Assistant Retail Manager Role

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB :

Operational Excellence :

  • Partner with Retail Manager and support the Calvin Klein strategy and business development of Hong Kong and Macau Retail
  • Prepare Sales, KPI and promotion related performance report and highlights the area of action
  • Follow-up the KPIs set on a monthly basis and highlight any areas for action
  • Co-ordinate with retail stores to ensure that all policies and procedures are in line with the Global standard
  • Provide and coordinate the new product launch info to the retail stores.
  • Collect product feedback and work with Buying team for future product development.
  • Oversee and manage the inventory for stores to ensure a healthy and
  • accurate stock level at all time
  • Manage system operations including stock transfer and promotion setting.
  • Perform clerical and administrative support to retail shops including quotation, invoice, report preparation, filing etc.
  • Co-ordinate store projects such as new store openings and renovation
  • including putting together any retail comments for submission to store

    development team

  • Provide full spectrum retail operational support to Hong Kong and Macau
  • Calvin Klein Stores including non-merchandises materials.

  • Coordinate and perform ad hoc projects

    Ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences in appropriate formats. Delivers clear messages and ensures understanding. Uses effective listening skills.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

    Experience :

    With at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail industry

    Education :

    Diploma or above in any discipline

    Skills :

  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Mature, positive thinking and attention to detail
  • Self-driven & proactive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Skilled at Windows Office software skill, esp. Excel, Words
