职位描述A university degree with 2 years of related administrative experience Fresh graduate will be considered on exceptional grounds Good interpersonal and communication skills A team player but able to work on your own initiative Some racing knowledge and passion with horses which would be considered an added advantage
The Job
You will :
- Follow-up the shipping arrangement for import & export of horses with Owners and Trainers.
- Assist in horse stable transfers and horse retirements.
- Assist the administration of travel, insurance, medical and accommodation arrangements for licensed persons.
- Be responsible for updating the Racing Information System, such as data input, report generation, etc.
- Support the compilation of management statistics and reports.
- Perform general office administration work and participate in ad hoc projects.
