  • Work with the Channel Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including on ground activations, digital channels optimization, events, and other promotional activities to enhance Chubb Life’s brand proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (. distribution channels, product development, external partner and other marketing function) to identify customer needs and market trends and translate them into compelling brand initiatives
  • Develop marketing collateral, including marketing presentations, on and offline campaign idea and other materials that support the idea execution
  • Act as one of centre of excellence to support different distribution channel business development
  • Create and maintain marketing messaging, value propositions, and positioning across different channels that resonates with target audiences
  • Ensure distribution channels requirements are properly communicated to stakeholders, follow up with stakeholders to ensure feedbacks
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives
  • Understand market research and integrate insights on customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends into daily work
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform channel marketing strategies and tactics
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; a master's degree may be preferred
  • 8 years of experience in partnership marketing, marketing, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market and good knowledge of life insurance products will be definitely an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills to understand the market landscape and translate the customer’s needs into marketing initiatives
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin may be a plus.
