Responsibilities

This position is to manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.

  • Supervises and direct Reception and Guest Services personnel
  • Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
  • Ensure VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention
  • Reports directly to and communicates with the Management on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations
  • Follow hotel safety and security policy and standard
  • Overnight shift duty is required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
  • 4 years experiences in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient  in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Cheerful, pleasant and supportive personality
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Applicants with Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager or Guest Services Supervisor
