About the Role

As a Senior System Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering modern datacenter services and solutions, able to coordinate turnkey and largescale projects including internal technical resource and external partners to complete project statement of work and milestone within budget and timeline with customer's satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to conduct Technical Proof of Concept, Demonstration & Presentation on the supported products & solutions. Our team is seeking a promising candidate to join them.

Responsibilities :

Assist Account / Product Managers in providing presales technical support and delivering deep dive product demonstrations to clients and business partners

Prepare and refine technical RFP / RFI responses

Solution planning and design

Deliver datacenter and hybrid solutions and services

Deliver training to partners on products solution

Conduct client demonstrations and presentations

Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC) and assets

Resolve project issues, review and control project activities

Recommend and influence market content

Perform other related duties as assigned

Travel to Macau may be required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

Knowledge in general system infrastructure technologies including Storage Area Network, backup and recovery, virtualization, infrastructure-related, cloud computing, automation and container technologies

Knowledge of vendor products, such as HPE, Redhat, and Veeam will be an advantage

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

Self-motivated, flexible and sensitive to clients’ needs and concerns

Able to work in a multi-task environment and handle a high volume of requests, specifically unplanned / unscheduled requests.

Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed

IBM DB2、Oracle、IBM MQ、AIX、MCSE, Certified Linux Professional, CCNA or CCNP is a plus
