Resident Assistant Clerk of Works (RACOW) / Resident Clerk of Works (RCOW)

As one of the major local architectural firms in Hong Kong, we are now seeking individuals to apply for the above position for Transitional Housing at Various Lots in D.D. 128 and D. D. 129 and Adjoining Government Land, Lau Fau Shan, Yuen Long.

Requirements

The minimum qualifications required for the post of RCOW / RACOW shall be as follows :

• A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institue of Vocational Education, or equivalent  / Engineering qualifications .
• 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
• Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2
• or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

Note

Salary should follow government master pay scale (MPS). Incremental credit may be applied for relevant experience and qualification.
