职位描述Secondary Education (HKCEE / DSE) holder or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably with sales or customer service experience Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for selling Customer-focused with excellentmunication skills Good awareness ofpliance andpany guidelines Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese HKIB Certified Banker preferred
Responsibilities
- Acquire credit card or other banking business proactively to achieve sales target through the following locations :
- Pre-selected Corporation's office by Product & Marketing or Management referrals
- Roadshow in guided locations.
- Bank branches
- Assist customers inpleting credit card application via Card + Channel / designated devices and advise customer to provide required documents
- Explain credit card features or other banking products / services to potential customers
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure efficient end-to-end application process
- Conduct sales activities inpliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements
