Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Facility and Admin Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facilities repair and maintenance activities at our manufacturing sites. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and proper operations of our facilities through regular preventive maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Accountable for managing all facilities repair and maintenance activities at our manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Plan to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute maintenance tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize facility operations and address any arising issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on facility-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance and repair.
  • GMP experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing maintenance activities in diverse settings such as shopping malls, factories, pharmaceutical facilities, or property management companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Certification in facility management or related field is a plus.
