- Reporting to Senior Manager Direct Sales Channel, you will lead a team of Telesales Executives to promote DHL's service and products, to achieve sales targets and business objectives, and deliver excellent services to customers.
- Lead the Telesales team to promote DHL's product and service, to achieve sales targets and business KPIs, and provide excellent services to customers
- Plan and lead the team to acquire new customers and expand customer base through cold call and warm call activities
- Develop call scripts and customer answer sheets for business enquiries, new services and various sales campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide effective coaching to staff
- Monitor random calls for service quality assurance
- Monitor and manage team's discipline using CRM system for business communication and customer management
- Handle customer complaints and business enquiry escalation
- Develop and execute sales programs and campaigns
- Monitor and implement sales projects and processes
What we're looking for
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in people manager role, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companiesProven track records of driving sales achievements and business growthStrong business acumen with good analytical and decision making skillsCustomer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skillsGood team leadership skills in driving business performanceStrong planning, organizing and presentation skillsProject and process management skillsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Proficient PC skills with excellent MS Office skills
