• Reporting to Senior Manager Direct Sales Channel, you will lead a team of Telesales Executives to promote DHL's service and products, to achieve sales targets and business objectives, and deliver excellent services to customers.
• Lead the Telesales team to promote DHL's product and service, to achieve sales targets and business KPIs, and provide excellent services to customers
• Plan and lead the team to acquire new customers and expand customer base through cold call and warm call activities
• Develop call scripts and customer answer sheets for business enquiries, new services and various sales campaigns
• Monitor sales performance and provide effective coaching to staff
• Monitor random calls for service quality assurance
• Monitor and manage team's discipline using CRM system for business communication and customer management
• Handle customer complaints and business enquiry escalation
• Develop and execute sales programs and campaigns
• Monitor and implement sales projects and processes
