MARKETING MANAGER - toys manufacturer / export trading (station Dongguan)

Main market : US, European and Canadian market

We are looking for   MARKETING MANAGER  -  with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Degree holder / Tertiary education
• 3+ years managerial level in sales, marketing or merchandising experience in toys preferably toys manufacturers for US / EU / overseas markets
• Solid experience in providing professional service and build relationship with key overseas customers
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Experience in soft toys and plastic toys is a plus
• Report to General Manager
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the US, EU and overseas markets
• Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies & action plans to achieve company sales KPI and growth objectives in the US, EU and overseas markets
• Market Research : Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the US, EU and overseas markets
• Merchandising : Work closely with clients to understand their merchandising needs and provide tailored solutions
• Marketing Campaigns : Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote Company products in the US, EU and overseas market
• Trade Shows / Exhibitions :  Attend overseas trade shows & exhibitions to explore new potential markets & customres
• Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve KPI
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Work based in Dongguan factory
• Trips to Vietnam and Hong Kong
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 16 days
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
