Supply Chain Assistant

- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to arrange transportation of goods
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, such as packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Compile and analyze data related to supply chain activities, such as lead times, shipping costs, and inventory turnover.
- Communicate order requirements, delivery schedules, and quality expectations.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, shipping updates, and inventory availability.
- Prepare reports with analysis on a timely basis
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
F.5 / DSE or above with 1 year of working experience in supply chain planningStrong sense of responsibility, cooperative, supportive, well-organized, and self-motivatedGood interpersonal communication skillsFamiliar with MS Office applicationGood command of both written & spoken English and Chinese 为此搜索创建职位提醒
