Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Support the implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectivemunication.
  • Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project delivery.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role with transferable skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, as well as experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for creating dashboards and reports.
  • Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar project management role, preferably within an IT or digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectivemunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
