Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring business retention and developing existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximising customer profitability.
- Actively involved in the management of customer portfolios.
- Responsible for revenue generation, risk management and act as key customer interface for the Company. The level of client support is segmented in accordance with the client service required profitability and potential. Key aspects are product delivery, risk management and profitability.
- Representing Atradius to service multinational and local customers
- Contributing to ensure that our customers receive the best-in-class service from Atradius
- Servicing and building up relationship with customers, brokers and other distribution partners.
- Establishing policy terms & conditions to ensure retention of existing customers and steady growth and profitability of portfolios.
What qualification should you have?
A university degree / diploma in business, marketing, management or relevant disciplines5-7 years solid experience in key account management, preferably in credit risk management, regional or international trade, insurance & finance or related sectorsFluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be requiredCandidates with greater experience will be considered for the position of Senior Account ManagerWhat do we offer?
