KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategy Implementation
- Localize and execute omnichannel marketing plans (digital / retail / field) developed by the Director, coordinating closely with sales and e-retail teams.
- Adapt global customer / health professional journey frameworks to local market dynamics, translating them into tactical campaigns.
Brand & Digital Stewardship
Ensure day-to-day marketing materials adhere to brand / franchise guidelines.Collaborate with corporate digital teams to implement localized digital strategies (SEO, paid media, etc.), tracking ROI metrics.Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement, conversion, budget spend), providing data-driven improvement recommendations to the Director.Maintain monthly budget / KPI dashboards for assigned projects.Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as primary liaison between field teams and HQ marketing, relaying local market insights to shape global strategy.Support new product launches with localized go-to-market plans.Team Leadership
Mentor junior marketers on campaign execution and tool utilization.Conduct quarterly performance reviews for direct reports.TRAINING, WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELATED SKILLS
Experience :
5+ years of experience in marketing management related positions, with 2+ years’ experience in cosmetics preferred.Product development experience- skillset related : market & competitor analysis, sense of trend, create concept & storytelling, co-work with R&D on the formulationProduct launch / campaign successful case – skillset related : how to invest efficiently, understand media & social KOL ecosystemBrand background – better with dermo-cosmetic experienceLanguages :
Fluent in Cantonese and advance in written Chinese are a mustWho you are ?
