Manager, OSS Engineering

Your Role

• Plan and design TCP / IP network architecture for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5G mobile networks, collaborating with HKT Fixed Network planning to develop a comprehensive deployment strategy for mobile cell sites.
• Oversee Mobile OSS systems to ensure stability, optimal performance, and high uptime.
• Implement automation in OSS functions to enhance efficiency in network operations.
• Serve as the primary interface and escalation point, coordinating with various teams to promptly resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and execute major expansion initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations to secure Mobile Network and OSS systems, ensuring they are consistent and reliable.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously assess system policies, practices, documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure adherence to high standards that support business operations.
