Senior HR Operations Specialist - Global Fintech Company

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR operation support and advisory to the region
• Oversee HR operational tasks including but not limited to onboarding, visa, employment letters, HR queries, benefit, payroll etc
• Lead transformation projects for the region
• Develop effectivemunication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve smooth operations
• Administering and analyse, local benefits, workers’pensation processes and policies renewal
• Ensure consistency of work and HR operations is delivered on a day-to-day basis
• Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Leader & team members
• Develop effectivemunication and relationships with internal & external stakeholders and vendors
