Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR operation support and advisory to the region
- Oversee HR operational tasks including but not limited to onboarding, visa, employment letters, HR queries, benefit, payroll etc
- Lead transformation projects for the region
- Develop effectivemunication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve smooth operations
- Administering and analyse, local benefits, workers’pensation processes and policies renewal
- Ensure consistency of work and HR operations is delivered on a day-to-day basis
- Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Leader & team members
- Develop effectivemunication and relationships with internal & external stakeholders and vendors
Requirement :
Degree in Human Resource Management or a related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of HR experience as a generalist / hands-on HR operation, previous experience in technology industry would be idealStrong passion for HR OperationsStrong problem-solving approach and detailed orientedTeam player and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is requiredInterested?
