Your Role

As the Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for building the credit card product from the ground up - from ideation to launch. You will lead the end-to-end development process, including market research, product design, vendor selection and management, and go-to-market strategy. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and is excited to build something new.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the development of a new credit card product from concept to launch.
• Managing external vendors and partners, including issuers, processors, and technology providers.
• Conducting market research and customer discovery to define product features and value propositions.
• Ensuringpliance with regulatory requirements and internalernance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including tech, risk, legal, and marketing.
• Driving project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using agile and startup-friendly frameworks.
• Developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product rollout plans.
