We are looking for high-calibre professionals to join our team as Assistant   Index Operations Manager .

Principal responsibilities

Maintain and monitor the index system to support daily index services including index compilation and dissemination and data product delivery

Conduct quality check on corporate actions, pricing, reference and fundamental data for index calculation

Establish procedures to support new operation workflows and review existing operation processes to achieve work efficiency

Participate and assist in new index and system enhancement projects, including providing user requirements and conducting User Acceptance Test prior to system implementation

Requirements

University degree in Finance, Business Admin or a related discipline

Minimum of three-year experience, preferably with financial data management or equity market operation background

Experience in SQL or other relational database systems and MS Office applications including Excel and Access

Sound knowledge of corporate actions in Hong Kong and / or PRC stock markets

Detail-minded, diligent and careful worker, with an ability to work under pressure and independently

Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
