Reporting to the
Executive Manager, Property Design Management
the primary purpose of the job is to manage Membership alterations / additions projects involving interior design and fitting-out works, from project inception to handover, to ensure the design and works meet user requirements on scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance.
The Job

to provide professional advice to users' enquiries regarding alterations and renovation of existing facilities and development of new facilities to support their business objectives

to holistic design / development solutions and options, with assessment of viability, suitability, duration, cost, and expected benefits, to the user for decision-making; Prepare project plans, schedules and budgets for property works and the application for project funding; Monitor, Manage, Control project progress and expenditures against approved programmes and budgets to ensure completion of projects on time, within budget and agreed scope, quality, compliance and safety requirnments; Identify, Manage, Report project risks; Adhere to the Property Department OM Process and the Club's established corporate governance in the execution of projects.

Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
