Key Responsibilities
- Greeting Visitors : Warmly welcome guests, clients, and couriers as they arrive at AP House.
- Directional Assistance : Provide clear directions and information to ensure visitors navigate the house and office areas easily.
- Client Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Handling Inquiries : Answer general inquiries about the boutique, including appointment booking and product & service availability, then pass them on to corresponding colleagues.
- Managing Deliveries : Coordinate with couriers and delivery personnel, ensuring timely and accurate handling of packages.
- Operation & Administration : Provide administrative support to all operations of AP House and provide operational and onsite support for brand events
- Maintaining Professionalism : Uphold the boutique's luxury brand image through a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
Work Environment
The Concierge will be stationed at the reception, interacting directly with visitors.Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.A passion for luxury watches and a basic understanding of high-end timepieces is a plus.Fluent in Chinese and EnglishAdditional Information
