Provide general clerical and administrative support in human resources functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, attendance administration and employee relations
Maintain accurate employment records and employee databases in HR system
Assist in Employee Engagement Programs, providing support on poster design, enrolment and on-site support
Ad-hoc tasks and other HR related projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements :
Degree holder with 1 year's relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organization
Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
Willing to learn, well organized and a good team player
Pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills
Attentive to details and of high work accuracy
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
