About the company

Our client is one of the most reputable property developers in HK with a long standing history. To cope with their business expansion, they are now calling for some technical candidates to join their renovation and maintenance team in overseeing their luxury portfolios.

About the role

As a crucial member of the technical team, you will be responsible for the renovation projects, repairs and maintenance of their properties. Your duties include technical advising, monitoring project progress, tendering & analysis, internal stakeholders communications and managing external contractors for a smooth project and maintenance delivery, etc.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor degree or above in Building Services, Surveying, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in renovation projects or maintenance experience; experienced in residential properties is a plus
  • Independent, able to work under pressure with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
