Our HK office is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Business Partner Analyst to join our Human Resource Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of regional and local HR initiatives, provide sound advice on HR issues, and maintain strong stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be based in Hong Kong and will play a crucial role in supporting the business on employee relations matters, ensuringpliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with the Centre of Excellence in driving HR initiatives.
What you'll do :
As an Analyst, HR Business Partner in our Human Resource Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping ourpany's future. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the implementation of regional and local HR initiatives that align with our vision. You'll work closely with various teams, providing sound advice on a range of HR issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, implementing projects at a branch level, and supporting our recruitment process. Additionally, you'll ensure all our practicesply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity within our HR systems.
What you bring :
As an Analyst, HR Business Partner, your qualifications and experience will be vital for this role. You should have a degree qualification along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Your ability to manage stakeholders effectively will enable you to collaborate seamlessly across departments. Yourmunication skills will allow you to influence others and provide effective HR solutions. A solid understanding of HR processes, practices, and local employment laws is essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required, and knowledge of 'Workday' would be an added advantage.
