Our client is a cosmetics / personal care / beauty ompany with a business expansion plan in China and Hong Kong. We are searching for a CFO based in Hong Kong to help drive and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's financial and operational strategic planning and financial operations
  • Lead the financial analysis to keep track of the business's financial situation and support business decisions and expansion plans
  • Maintain good relationship with investors for fundraising / investment / business opportunities
  • Work closely with auditors and external parties for business related issue

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting / Business / Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of related experience from Retail, Personal care, FMCG, ecommerce industries
  • HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
  • Solid experience growing business in China is a must
  • Good commands in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
