HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) – Boutique Investment Bank
Our client is a fast growing Chinese Investment Bank, looking to hire a HR Specialist with a passion in recruitment to join them for their business expansion. This role works closely with the Head of HR, focus on Compensation & Benefits, also maintain the HR Operations to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and research on Compensation and Benefits plans and trends
- Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses
- Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis on insurance and retirement plans
- Monitor the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends, ensure the pay practices comply with government laws and regulations
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and training & development
- Undertake tasks in performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree4+ years proven experience in C&B function in financial industryUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresAttention to details, self-starter, strong communication in both English and Mandarin, strong stakeholder managementRecruiters from Agencies in the financial sectors are welcome
