职位描述University graduate, majoring in information technology, business administration, human resources management, operation management or related discipline 5 - 8 years of HR experience in HRIS experience gained either in HRIS vendors / consulting companies or in-house HR / IT functions Solid experience in transformation and implementation of HRIS is essential HR management or related experience is preferable Experience in daily operations of C&B, including payroll administration, is an added value but not a must Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Work closely with internal stakeholders ensuring excellent and compelling presentations addressing prospects critical business issues, requirements and objectives Drive the HR system enhancement and upgrade projects Providing valuable input from the field to ensure our existing HRIS platform in Hong Kong Analyse customer requirements and prepare System platform demonstration environment, system configuration; Ensures that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, setting up SOP, UAT and quality control University graduate, majoring in information technology, business administration, human resources management, operation management or related discipline 5 - 8 years of HR experience in HRIS experience gained either in HRIS vendors / consulting companies or in-house HR / IT functions Solid experience in transformation and implementation of HRIS is essential HR management or related experience is preferable Experience in daily operations of C&B, including payroll administration, is an added value but not a must Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
