Securities Services FX Product Manager - Associate

The Securities Services business provides a wide range of foreign exchange solutions to its clients across Global Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and other products. FX Product work closely with Sales and Client Service to understand the client needs and priorities to deliver first class, market leading capabilities. The Product team drive the solutioning, development and day to day management of the FX Product suite (AutoFX, Direct Dealing FX, Currency Overlay Solutions, Cross Currency Sweeps and Continuous Linked Settlement). The FX Product team are also responsible for defining the long term product strategy and vision of the business, partnering with the execution teams towards timely delivery of strategic programs.

The Global FX Product Team is based in London, India, and Hong Kong. This position will be based in Hong Kong assisting in the program management and execution of both regional and global initiatives. In addition to the day to day product management, the role will involve partnering with an extensive range of product teams, sales leads, functional partners (operations, legal risk) and other colleagues across . Morgan including Markets, Payments and others.

Job responsibilities

• Partner with broader FX Product Management team and Markets to define the product strategy and deliver market leading FX solutions for clients
• Program manage product initiatives to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and enhanced controls
• Partner with Product Development colleagues to design the architecture and deliver the business agenda
• Partner with client facing teams to deliver client change and meet the evolving needs of the Securities Services client base
• Lead control reviews and annual recertifications to ensure the business is compliant with its procedures and policies
• Complete data analytics to identify performance and activity trends, and assist with the design of the FX analytics dashboard
• Maintain FX documentation, both internal and external, to ensure accurate and up to date product information is available
• Support Ad-hoc research and resolution of daily issues, product queries and client asks
• Develop a robust understanding of Securities Services product capabilities, market trends, client needs and competitive landscape
