About the Role

Serve as a HR business advisor to senior leaders and people managers, and handle transactions and support the designated employee segments in moments that matters (‘significant employee life cycle events’).

Responsible for working closely with designated business groups / line management / executive teams across all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment and staffing, compensation, talent review, performance management, organization design, resource planning, learning and career development.

Proactively address business issues related to strategic workforce and designated employee segments development and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with senior management to translate their business priorities into an effective and actionable HR strategy plan.
  • Support organization effectiveness through workforce planning, target operating model reviews, organizational planning, workforce engagement initiatives and yearly compensation review
  • Address employee relations issues, performance management, and employee development needs.
  • Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.

Minimum Job Requirements :

  • University graduate
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience providing HR business partnering services to internal / external customers, with demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders on strategic conversations. Experience in Healthcare / Life sciences industries would be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical ability and advisory skills, synthesize information and independently create solutions to address customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in office applications
