This role will oversee and maintain relationships with external service providers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and performance standards. This includes activities like contract negotiation, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships. Essentially, it involves managing the day-to-day operations of a company's relationship with its service providers.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support the management of medical and operations-related third-party administrators (TPAs) through contract renewal, risk and performance assessment.
  • Strengthen the governance of TPAs and service providers through review and reinforcement on process governance, workflow optimization, quality assurance and performance monitoring processes to ensure internal compliance and better resourcing.
  • Support management reporting through desktop research, competitive benchmarking, data analysis and fact finding.
  • Regularly perform marketing intelligence activities on Value Added Service products and provide strategic recommendations to businesses.
  • Create and drive Value Added Service concepts based on customer and market requirements to meet industry standards.
  • Identify potential new product development opportunities for Value Added Service.
  • Provide support to ad hoc projects and proposition initiatives arising from time to time.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of partnership management, developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills; strong business acumen
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good command of written / spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Coordinate with quality assurance and risk management teams to maintain accreditation and mitigate operational risks.
