Digital Platform Manager

职位描述Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a UAT management or leadership role, preferably in banking or financial services Familiarity with digital banking platforms (Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Apps), testing tools (, JIRA, Tesplete), and basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify issues and ensure quality standards are met Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure flawless user experiences in digital banking solutions Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Digital Platform Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implementprehensive UAT strategies and test plans for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking App, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications
- Lead the UAT process by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to execute test cases and validate system functionality
- Identify, document, and track defects or issues during testing, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting
- Ensure that the digital banking platforms meet user needs andply with regulatory and security standards
- Manage and guide a team of UAT testers (if applicable), providing training and support to ensure high-quality testing oues
- Prepare detailed test reports, summaries, and feedback for stakeholders, ensuring transparency on testing progress, risks, and oues
- Rmend enhancements to testing processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of UAT activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for UAT-related matters, liaising with business units and IT teams to address concerns and ensure smooth deployment of digital banking solutions
