University graduate with minimum 10 years customer services / operations experience of which 5 years in managerial positionsPreferably IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) licensedGood knowledge on group insurance operations and products, MPF / ORSO retirement schemesSelf-motivated and customer orientatedGood team playerDetail orientedGoodmunication and interpersonal skillsOutgoing personality with good presentation skillsGood time management and organization skillsGood staff coaching and supervisory skillsGood PC skillsProficient in both spoken and written Chinese and EnglishOthers :
