职位描述University graduate with related discipline Minimum of 5 years' personal banking experience, with exposure to lending products as an advantage Strong business sense and project management skills in supporting the development and implementation of initiatives and possess the ability to solve problems Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and manage premium financing product
- Strong understanding of premium financing product and other secured lending product
- Established and conduct regular reviews on business procedure workflow to ensure the process is smooth
- Collaborate with internal departments including IT, Operations, Risk Stewards, Product, Transformation, Digital etc, to ensure products meet market demands and customer expectation
- Monitor market trends, conductpetitive analysis, and suggest product improvements.
- Familiarity with the operations of lending products, such as term loans, revolving loans, instalment loan and overdraft.
- Prepare producternance papers and ensure policies are aligned with business objectives, and business ispliant with all regulatory &pliance requirements.
