Develop and execute an individual business plan to achieve client acquisition, business referral and establish a book of new business
Manage a client base of high net worth individuals to achieve business penetration and portfolio growth
Work within a collaborative environment to deliver the most appropriate products and services integrating investment consultants and other business partners
Provide advise-based solutions that solidify long term relationship, while exploring and capturing additional business opportunities
Ensure all work activities are adhered topliance requirements as defined inpany policies and procedures and local regulatory standards
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines
Possess qualifications under SFC for marketing investment products.
At least 3 years of relevant banking experience in serving high net worth individual customers in retail bank or private bank.
Familiar with KYC and account documentation with knowledge of wealth management products.
Familiar with private banking products and good knowledge in other retail banking products such as insurance and consumer lending.
Good knowledge in risk assessment and credit analysis.
Good interpersonal, problem solving andmunication skills
Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
