Associate Director, Landscape Architecture

职位描述Engages with colleagues to support the development of new business, enhancing internal and external communication via functions, events, forums and publications. Assists in the preparation of fee bids, and undertakes fee proposals and fee negotiations for projects. Demonstrates a sound understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and ensures project targets are achieved through sensible management of time and allocated resources. 10+ years of experience in Landscape Architecture, ideally with Mixed-Use and / or Hospitality projects; Middle East Projects experience is a MUST. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable University; Creative candidate who is capable of leading landscape projects from Concept to Construction. Experience in liaison with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers; Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as a team; Experience in leading a team of Junior Landscape Architects, including work distribution, monitoring and making sure the tasks are completed on time and to required quality; Experience in Project Management including preparing project plans, understanding financial side of projects and timelines; Manage multiple projects of large scope & scale. Excellent graphics, strong design and communication skills are essential; Strong sketching skills and ability to communicate the ideas via hand sketches / drawings; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator), AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape & Lumion, SketchUp, MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint). Knowledge of Revit would be a plus but not essential; Demonstrates creative thinking abilities and contributes to firm wide design excellence and problem solving. Must be mature, well organized, confident and hardworking with a pleasant disposition and strong interpersonal skills and able to multi-task; Strong knowledge of tropical and sub-tropical plant materials and experienced in Planting Design; Willing and able to occasionally travel overseas; Outstanding work ethic.

- Manages teams to consistently deliver design and technical excellence that meet high quality standards.
- Demonstrates expertise in design and / or areas, establishing themselves as a specialist in a particular field.
- Plans, coordinates and manages the project process, maintaining involvement throughout.
- Liaises with project and design directors to ensure that innovative and thought provoking projects are delivered consistently.
- Leads project meetings and client presentations, acting as the primary contact for client interaction and maintaining good relationships with clients to maximise opportunities for repeat business.
